SELF- PASSWORD RESET


PMS Users have an option to reset their password. After the user answers three security questions correctly, a temporary password is sent to the user's e-mail address. Follow the steps outlined below to complete the Process. The answers should be entered exactly observing proper case.

1. Enter PMS User ID

2. Enter Name

3. Enter Email Address

The e-mail address must be the same that is registered in the PMS System.

4. Click on the Submit button.

NOTE: All fields on this screen must be answered. If the information is entered correctly,
the Security Questions screen will be displayed
.



5. Enter answers to all three security questions observing proper case.

6. Click on the Submit button.

NOTE: The password is sent to the user's e-mail address on file.

The user has 10 minutes to answer the security questions and 5 attempts to get it right.

Extended Search Criteria

Click on the Clear button to clear the data on the screen.
